What kind of experience do your editors have?

Our editors are all candidate in, or graduates of, the Ph.D. program in English & American Literature & Language at Harvard University. They are experts in written expression and routinely write and edit academic documents for publication.

I submitted an order, but haven't heard anything - what's going on?!

We try to be very responsive to orders and communications from our clients.  If you submitted an order and have not heard back from us, please check the junk mail or spam filter on your e-mail account, as our messages may have been mistakenly flagged before they reach your inbox.  This is particularly important for Gmail users, who have reported issues receiving e-mail from us in the past.

What is your policy regarding refunds?

If you change your mind about an order you have placed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to issue you a refund.  Please understand, however, that no requests for refunds will be entertained once an editor has started editing your document (typically within twelve to twenty-four hours of receiving an order).  In the event that a refund is issued, please allow up to one week for processing by PayPal for the credit to appear in your account.  Please be aware that the refund will be made to the PayPal account associated with the e-mail address used when placing the order, not to the credit card or bank account that was the source of funds.  If you do not have a PayPal account you will need to create one to claim the refund (or associate the e-mail address you used with an existing PayPal account).

Do you offer discounts?

For clients using our services to edit multiple essays, we offer discounts on the second and subsequent orders because candidates tend to repeat some material from one application to another, meaning that the editing is easier for the editor after the first essay.

We offer discounted rates for candidates applying from Southeast Asia (excluding Singapore). Please contact us if you are applying from this region and are interested in availing of our services.
